Welcome to the bear den
Said the man with the broken eyes
and scruffy beard.
Here is a place where your dreams are barren
Here is a place where your thoughts are not your own.
Empty your mind of the places you’ve been
Empty your soul of the lives you’ve created.

Welcome to the bear den
Said the man with the broken eyes
and he smiled.
Take this place and open your heart
Use these walls to beat away your art
The rock is here to destroy
to take away, to grind up and to crush
Everything you once imagined--
dusty bits of drifting dreams
Intimate thoughts believed to be
an elaborate dance of destinies,
a fine powder for one last rush

Welcome to the bear den

open to see.

So this blogging thing again...

So I'm notoriously bad at updating...note the last time I updated either one of my blog thingys...but a friend of mine has convinced me that I need to post some of my stuff, so to the select few who know about this blog and want to follow it, I will be posting some of my writing up here. This blog is created solely for the purpose of sharing the writing that I'm most proud of with people whom I feel will appreciate it.
